CHECKING IN WITH STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS

DAY OF CHECK IN & HOW TO PLAN FOR YOUR ARRIVAL:

2. CHECK IN TIME IS 2-5PM, WE CAN TRY TO GET YOU IN EARLY IF YOU TEXT BUT IT IS NOT GUARANTEED
3. YOU MAY TEXT 361-759-0330 FOR A CODE TO YOUR CABIN AND CABIN #, YES YOUR BOAT PARKING IS RIGHT NEXT DOOR WITH PLUG & HOSE SPICKET.

CHECKS & MONEY ORDERS ARE TO BE MADE PAYABLE TO: REDFISH PARTNERS LLC AND PAYMENT IS DUE ON THE 1ST & 15TH PRIOR TO YOUR STAY. 
NO REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON OR EARLY DEPARTURE.

Questions & Answers (Q&A)

Q: Is there a coffee pot and are fresh linens, bedding/towels included? Do you refresh toilet paper, trash bags & mens body wash etc?
A: Yes, there is a coffee pot but you need to bring your own ground coffee please; Linens and towels are provided, but please bring  your own pillows, trash bags, toilet paper, we initially get you started but after that you are on your own! If you want your room cleaned and fresh towels and bedding it is $20.00 

Q: What comes in the KITCHEN?
A: 2 mugs, 2 plates, two bowls. You should plan to bring the rest such as plastic silverware or paper plates. We do however have pots and pans at the pavilion and things to BBQ with for your use. We ask that you wash them and return them to pavilion when done using please. You have use of whatever pits are out there and the full bar/tv/ice machine etc. We simply ask you clean up after yourself and do not WASH FISH or dead animals etc in our sink!!

​Q: Do you have a military discount
A: All of our rates are discounted for everyone & we keep our prices low enough for everyone to afford,

​Q: Do all cabins have boat parking?
A: Yes, they all have boat parking with plug and hose spicket.  Cabins 2-10 if facing on left 11-17 if facing on right and BOTH SPOTS ARE YOURS.

Q: Can my family & kids come stay with me if I am renting month to month and working here?
A: We have a 2 men max on the 2 beds, and a 3 men max on the 3 beds.
Your family is allowed to visit for 48 hour once within each one month period.
DO not violate this rule we will add extra occupant charges and you may be asked to leave depending on the situation. 

Q: How close are you to the Three Rivers, Valero refinery?
A: We are about 5 minutes to the Valero refinery, however we are located safely off of the main road in a residential area.

Q: If I leave early, will I be refunded?
A: No, we do not offer refunds on your stay; we understand jobs can be tough to know your exit date which is why we allow you to make two payments toward your monthly balance. As your job is coming to end, just let us know so we can charge accordingly. 
Q: What if my job ends early?
A: Again, we understand this happens so please just communicate to us what you feel your end date might be.

Q: If I locked myself out, who do I call?
A: Please call 361-759-0330,  Please do damage the door, locks, or windows trying to access your cabin!

Q: Do you have a BBQ & Ice Machine?
A: Yes we have a BBQ & Ice machine on site in our outdoor kitchen and pavilion area.

Q: Is there a grocery store in town?
A: Yes, there is a Lowes grocery and a Dollar store, where you can buy groceries, pillows, blankets, sheets, towels and also personal items. There is a Wal Mart in Beeville, Kenedy and Pleasanton.

Q: Can I receive packages/mail here?
​A: Yes, you can receive packages here, however we are not responsible for delivering, signing for, or keeping track of your package. A local post office box is recommended. Your package will be in the front by the office.

Q. Can I pay with Cash?
A: Please either pay with cash, certified money order, check or credit card

Q: Do you have pest control?
A: Yes, we have pest control. Pest control notice is posted in the laundry room. Please do not refuse pest control inside of your unit.

Q: How do I check out?
A: Please text 361-759-0330 to notify management of your departure. 

Q: Do you allow pets?
A: For a $25 fee per pet per day. You must clean up after pet hair and also pet droppings.

Q: Some of my co-workers/friends would like to come over for a gathering, is this permitted?
A: Yes but you must clean up after yourself.

Q: Where is the dumpster, I did not see one?
A: The dumpster is located next to cabin #17, please dump all trash before you leave.

Q: What time is the laundry facility open? Can the housekeepers do my laundry?
​A: We are open 24/7.  And yes housekeepers are available to do your laundry for you @ $10.00 per color load. Please bag your laundry and bring to the office leave in front with your cabin number and phone number in bag. Laundry is located next door to the pavilion, it says Luckenbach on door.

Q: Do you have high speed internet?
A: We have free WIFI with slow access speeds due to location. 
During really busy times, it may be a little slower & we recommend using your mobile hotspot.​

WHAT SHOULD I BRING WITH ME?

DO NOT FORGET YOUR PILLOWS, COFFEE!!
HYGIENE ITEMS-we provide mens body wash only.
QUARTERS or DEBIT CARD for onsite laundry facility.
POTS/PANS/DISHES/PLATES/CUPS/COOKWEAR- Every cabin has a kitchen, however we do not provide cooking items or any of the above listed. Please bring the cooking utensils you desire.
FOOD & DRINKS - Your apartment comes with a  kitchen & appliances. This includes a refrigerator, microwave & pantry.
